Pearl clients are also encouraged to expand existing pages within reason beyond letter size. At this level I am pretty flexible and accommodating. Since there are so many little things that can and do pop up, most of them I simply just take care of when they arise. More than 60% of my clients use this level of service and find it satisfies all their website maintenance needs. You can really begin to appreciate my work and how you can succeed using the internet. I love my pearls and can never get enough off them. You are saving $600+ in website design fees. Requires 1 year agreement.

Diamond Website Maintenance Agreement: With my diamond website maintenance agreement, you get just about what you want, when you want, of the services I can provide of course. Diamond accounts are the first priority of every day. Even if an issue arises off hours or weekends, if I am aware of any issues or concerns of a diamond client at anytime, I stop what I am doing and resolve it. I love diamonds and I take great personalized care of each of my diamonds. I will build up to 10 web pages which includes website design and content and allow expansion up to an additional 10 pages throughout the year. I will also enhance any existing pages to a realistic level of reasonable content. If it makes sense I will do it, if it is rambling, repetitive or internet waste, I will have a talk with you about it. You will save well over $1000 in website design fees and I will do whatever it takes to make you happy. If you are pushing yourself and your business everyday for positive growth, this is my professional recommendation. My diamonds are always on my mind and anything I can do to help them succeed is always my pleasure. Requires 1 year agreement.

Website Maintenance can include many things and even include enhanced and more frequent tasks that encourage higher performance and marketing results. All of which are very time consuming. When a client reaches a level of service which exceeds my diamond limits, they are ready to hire someone to manage their business's internet presence and I navigate them towards and through the process. Although diamonds are my best friend, I don't mind parting with them when the time is right. That just means another success story for the water cooler.

I use two programs for publishing, Microsoft Expressions Web and FrontPage. I have been with them since the beginning and don't have plans of changing. I do have the ability to use Adobe DreamWeaver if needed. I write in CSS, HTML, PHP, JAVA and ASP. I work at night while most of my clients are sleeping. I work in real-time and out of my home office. Working at night allows me to interact, manipulate and change my clients websites when there is the least amount of traffic. If an issue arises that causes a failure or crash, there is usually plenty of time to get it resolved before the following day begins. The work I do is very tedious and requires concentration and tranquility. I have no other employees, if it gets done, it is because I did it. Most communications are via email, email provides a written account of communications that can be referenced at any time. This allows me to accurately accommodate my clients needs at the appropriate time. If a phone call is needed for any reason, I adjust my schedule to accommodate my clients.
